1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), which form a binding agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and HealthPath LLC (“we,” “our,” or “Company”). If you do not agree, do not use this website or make any purchase.

2. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.

3. No Refunds or Returns

All purchases made through this website are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the content or results of the offering. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, tools, frameworks, videos, workbooks, and any other intellectual property provided via the Mental Health Growth System or this website are owned exclusively by HealthPath LLC. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or internal business use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, license, resell, teach, or otherwise exploit any part of the materials, whether digitally or physically, in whole or in part, without prior written consent. Violations may result in immediate legal action.

5. Limited License

Access to the Mental Health Growth System is provided under a single-user license. You may not share access credentials, reproduce content for others, or use any part of the offering for training or consulting purposes beyond your own business without separate written authorization.

This offering is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. HealthPath LLC does not guarantee results, specific outcomes, revenue increases, or business success from use of the offering.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, HealthPath LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the materials, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the offering.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access to the offering at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using and destroy all copies (digital or physical) of any materials in your possession.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or offering after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HealthPath LLC and supersede any prior communications or agreements regarding the offering. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
